The principle of our software is to apply the Crypto-Bulot strategy to your account in a 100% automated without you having to do anything. Internet access to our servers
We have 2 dedicated servers which are susceptible to attack. The first protection is that their domain name is kept secret (including most Flow Corporation employees). They are not indexed in search engines which makes them untraceable. No place to look = no attack.
This is also why you are informed of the completion of the rebalancing by email and you do not have access to an interface (other than that of Binance), because an app or a client interface is an open door to potential attacks, which we absolutely want to avoid.
The 1st is the server that stores data related to the crypto market to be able to define the distribution to be made each month during rebalancing. It is also this server that hosts the consultation software for your account. This server is online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The 2nd server is the most sensitive, because it is the one that operates the rebalancing transactions on your Binance account each month. This allows us to keep this sensitive server offline 99% of the time where it doesn't have to interact with subscriber accounts. There are 2 distributions that are usually used in trading: - the linear distribution which indicates to grant the same % to each share - and the proportional distribution which indicates to grant a value of our wallet proportional to the capitalization of the action
On the Top 30 of the cryptos market, these 2 distributions pose problems, because a linear distribution will give too much importance to small cryptos whose variations are too great. And conversely, as Bitcoin and Etherum represent 75% of the weight of the Top 30, a proportional distribution would give them too much weight, which would generate inertia in the evolution of the wallet.
We have therefore opted for a proportional distribution which is based on the square root of the Exponential Moving Average of the capitalization, which makes it possible to preserve a proportional distribution while limiting the weight of the 2 main cryptos.

1 – Every day you must record in a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheet) the capitalization of the 100 largest Cryptos (excluding stablecoin whose value does not progress by definition) – The first 30 are not enough if you want to identify in time the Cryptos which progress and which are likely to arrive sooner or later in the top 30. Be careful also to follow only the Cryptos which are available on your platform of Crypto exchange because otherwise you risk having to redo all the calculations)
2 – With this daily capitalization, you calculate the Exponential Moving Average of the capitalization of each Crypto over the last 7 days
3 – Every 1st of the month, you rank this MME in descending order to obtain your top 30
4 – Once the Top30 has been obtained, you evaluate the proportion of your wallet to be allocated to each crypto by relying on a degressive distribution which is calculated on the square root of capitalization
5 – Always on the 1st of the month, you take the amount of the value of your capital present in your Crypto account, and you look at the differences between the amount invested in each Crypto and the value you should have on each Crypto according to the distribution of the Top 30 obtained in step 4
6 – You carry out the rebalancing to eliminate the differences which induces that chronologically :
You resell the surplus of the Cryptos which exceed the desired proportion
You fully resell the Cryptos that have disappeared from the Top 30
You buy back Cryptos whose value is too low compared to the desired proportion
And you buy back in the right proportions the Cryptos that have just appeared in the Top 30

Steps 1 and 2 are to be carried out every day… It only takes a few minutes if you are familiar with the use of a spreadsheet.

1/ Les indices valorisent le poids de chaque crypto par rapport à sa valeur capitalistique. 2/ Top 25 d’un indice et le top 30 Crypto Bulot ca n’est pas la même chose. Comme la répartition par rapport à la valeur capitalistique accorde trop peu d’importance au bas du tableau… que l’indice soit sur le top 25, ou le top 30 ou même top 40 ses résultats ne sera très différents… But with the calculation on the square root, using the top 30 instead of the top 25 allows you to recover 5 crypto nuggets that have good growth potential.

3/ On connait rarement la périodicité de mise à jour des indices et on ne sait d’ailleurs même pas si la mise à jour est faite de manière régulière. Sur le marché des cryptos le top 30 change très régulièrement comme je l’ai montré dans la formation, donc si on ne change pas régulièrement notre portefeuille en fonction du top 30, on manque des opportunités et on subit trop longtemps les contre performances des cryptos qui sortent du top 30 (ou top25 dans ce cas)

4/ With an index, you lose the gain provided by the rebalancing mechanism. Un indice va suivre l’évolution de na capitalisation des X premières crypto, mais ce faisant on perd la mécanique de rééquilibrage qui nous permet de racheter des cryptos à moindre coût et d’en revendre quand elle sont trop élevés. Comme je l’ai expliqué dans la formation le gain de cette mécanique est de l’ordre de 10 à 15% en plus sur les gains par an.

J’ai vu certaines plateformes qui proposent le rééquilibrage mensuel mais dans ce cas ils appliquent une majoration des frais de 2% sur le capital réajusté (ce qui représente beaucoup plus que 5% des gains car des transactions il y en a chaque mois et que la somme de ces transactions est supérieure aux gains)

En plus de ces 2% supplémentaires il faut savoir que le rééquilibrage passe par de la monnaie fiat ce qui induit que chaque mois le rééquilibrage génère un évènement fiscal à prendre en compte dans le calcule des impôts à la fin de l’année. La complexité fiscal de ces indice est donc très importante. Crypto Bulot, lui pratique le rééqulibrage avec de l’USDT, ce qui n’implique pas d’évènement fiscal.

5/ si dans la bourse classique la plupart des indices sont garantis, le marché des cryptos n’est encore pas assez mature pour amener les acteurs à garantir leur indices. Donc quand on achète un indice, rien ne nous assure aujourd’hui que le broker achète lui même derrière les cryptos qui correspondent à ce fond.
